  We want to make Dogs Bed 'N Biscuit Pet Resort your pet's home-away-from-home. In order to ensure the safety and good health of our clients, we ask that you abide by the following policies & requirements before bringing your pets to Dogs Bed 'N Biscuit Pet Resort. Check In: sitting charges begin on the day of arrival. All shots must be current. Receipts of vaccination records/dates must be presented at check in. Feel free to have your vet fax vaccine records to us before your arrival. Fax: 678-212-4089 Check Out: Check-out time for our sitting guests is 12:00 noon. Any pets picked up after 12:00 noon will incur an additional day care charge. Payment is due in full at check out and can be payable cash or gift certificate. New Guests: All new guests are required to fill out forms at the time of arrival. If you are on a tight schedule we suggest allowing 15 minutes for check-in. Vaccinations: For the health and safety of all our clients the following vaccinations are mandatory and no pet(s) will be accepted without proof of vaccines from a licensed veterinarian. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy:
Clean Pet: We strive to provide your pet with a clean and pleasant environment. A bath is mandatory! Upon arrival all dogs will be inspected, they must be free of fleas & ticks, otherwise you will be charged a one-time fee of $8 for CapStar Flea Control. Extended Stay: Long term sitting (thirty days or more) to be prepaid. Longer stays also require payment every thirty days. Food: We recommend all pets eat exactly what they eat at home. Switching food may cause stomach discomfort. We require that you bring enough food for your pet's stay. Please label all food prior to arrival. Should you not bring your own food, we will supply our in house food for a fee of $2.00 a day per dog. Personal Belongings: An article of your clothing such as a T-shirt, a small blanket or towel with your homes scent and a couple of toys are most acceptable. Please label all belongings with a permanent marker with your pets first and last name. We shall attempt to return your belongings in the same condition as they were brought in, but can not guarantee same. Medications: Medications are administered (excluding Injections/Ivs) at no extra charge. Leash In/Out: All dogs entering and leaving Dogs Bed 'N Biscuit Pet Resort must be on a leash. Emergency Policy: In the rare event that your pet should require medical attention we ask for you and your pets personal veterinarian's information. If the situation allows us time, you or whoever you stated would be the first contact, next in procession would be your veterinarian. If at all possible and within reasonable distance we would use your Veterinarian, otherwise we have one on call 24 hours a day and is within close proximity. If necessary, your pet will be taken to the veterinarian and coordinate the care necessary - just as you would yourself. WE DO NOT ACCEPT AGGRESSIVE DOGS!
